| Hi John, I just wanted to let you know that the frame mounts arrived today. They sit really well in the frames and the photos fit perfectly. Also, I wanted to say that the level of service given by your company was superb. I contacted 6 companies that I found on Google to get a quote and you were the only one that came back with a price. The others just sent an automated email telling me to look at their website or didn't bother to respond at all. In addition, the packaging of the mounts and the delivery was second to none. I recieved them on Friday and I have to say you were very quick and thorough. I was absolutly amazed at how well you have printed them, they look superb and so much better than I thought they would turn out. The frames are stunning and compliment the pictures beautifully. I thank you also for framing them for me as these are for a charity art show in May and to be honest, I know I wouldn't have made them look as good. Customer feedback from our shop in Bedford from a customer that lives in Spain. Hi there, just a quickkie to say a very big thankyou to the lady who helped me with a couple of beautifull photos of Bedfords Riverbank earlier today, i think it was her father who took them if that helps sort out who it was. Apart from the fact she is absolutely fantastic to look at anyway, she was v helpfull and friendly and an asset to your business. Also id like to pass on to the photographer that i grew up in bedford but moved abroad and to this day i still miss the town and the image of the riverbank that he captured brought a tear to my eyes when i came over to visit and saw it in your window last June. Now there will be a print on my wall at home that everytime i pass it will bring back memories! We replied and received this email back. The lady they were talking about is our daughter who manages one of our shops in Bedford. |
| Thanksyou for the reply :) Reading what you have said, its great that there is space in Bedfords center for a small family business and not just the large chain stores you can see in any town. Like you said the river does have fond memories for me as so many others, from the time i was a nipper and in the sea scouts to being older and enjoying the River Festival. Im not an arty sort of guy which is even more of a credit to your husband as his images struck a chord with me and im not the sort of person that would normally take notice!! Next time im back in UK im going to order one of the canvases (but not in the frame so i can fit it in my case) :) Thankyou for taking the time to respond to me and once again thanks to your daughter for brightening my day.
